The baby’s monitor has a night light which can be switched off using a push button on the top of the monitor The parents monitor has a detachable middle which comes with a clip . This is really quite handy because you can either leave it plugged in at the mains or you can take the middle part out and clip it to your trouser pocket if you are in another room or the garden away from the main parents monitor The main part of the parents unit also has a graduated series of small lights which light up from green to red if a noise is heard. When when the baby is sleeping it will stay on a green light but when the baby cries or makes any sound the lights automatically light up through to red. You can change channels on the carrier part from A-B which is useful if your neighbour also has a Tomy monitor and on the top of it you can choose the volume.
