The room is fully furnished with a double bed and good quality pine furniture . It has recently been decorated and has a new carpet. We have wireless broadband, Sky TV and a lovely south facing back garden, which gets lots of sunshine. Transport links are great with a railway station and bus stop on direct routes into Manchester both under 10 minutes walk away. For those with a vehicle, the house is in close proximity to main roads into Manchester as well as the M56 and M60 motorways. Safe off road parking is available at the front of the house. Rent for the single is £200 per month which includes all bills apart from gas and electric, £200 deposit is required but no agency fees.
